Usage:

Add about a handful (40-50 g) of flakes to a warm foot bath or 2-3 handfuls (150-225 g) per full bath. Stir until the flakes dissolve and enjoy soaking for 15-20 minutes. After the bath, rinse the skin with clean water. In the case of a foot bath, magnesium may remain on the skin.

Use 2-3 times a week or as needed. For external use only.

Storage:

Store at room temperature, in a dry place and away from direct sunlight. Close the container tightly after each use.
