LadyWell - created for women's well-being
The idea for the LadyWell brand grew out of Kristiina's daily counseling work with women and the observation that the physical and emotional discomfort experienced during different phases of the cycle and during menopause is a natural part of many women's daily lives. At the same time, she felt that there was a lack of simple, well-thought-out and natural products that would support a woman's well-being on a daily basis and help her take better care of herself.
When Kristiina told Marge about her idea, she immediately recognized it. She too had felt that women's well-being could be approached in a much more conscious and personal way – considering how the body changes at different stages of life and what a woman needs at the moment.
Thus, the two women's shared desire to create LadyWell was born – a brand that invites you to listen to your body, notice yourself and pay more attention to your well-being. For us, well-being does not mean big changes, but also those small moments when you consciously choose yourself, take time off and allow yourself to just be.
This is how LadyWell Held by Nature was born – a self-care line inspired by nature, which includes magnesium flakes designed for different phases of the cycle and menopause, as well as warming patches that provide pleasant warmth.

Heat Patches
Are heat patches natural?
The LadyWell heat patch is made from naturally derived ingredients including iron powder, vermiculite, activated charcoal and salt. The patch contains no added fragrances and is odorless.
How to use a heat patch?
Open the package and take out the patch. Remove the adhesive strip, attach the sticky side of the patch to your underwear or clothing in the area where you feel PMS cramps or discomfort, such as your lower abdomen or lower back, but the patch can also be used in other areas.
Never attach the patch directly to the skin - this can cause burns. Use the patch immediately after opening the package.
After use, remove the patch and throw it away.
How long can the LadyWell heat patch be used? Can I sleep with it?
LadyWell heat patch provides pleasant and soothing warmth for up to 12 hours. The patch should not be used while sleeping. Monitor how you feel while using the patch and do not use a product with a damaged or opened package.
Can the LadyWell heat patch be reused?
No. The LadyWell heat patch is for single use only and should not be reused after use. Open the patch immediately before use and use it once. Do not cut or damage the patch before, during or after use. After use, dispose of the patch according to local waste disposal regulations.
Magnesium Flakes
How to use magnesium flakes?
Dissolve the recommended amount of magnesium flakes in warm bath water and soak for 20-30 minutes. A smaller amount of flakes is sufficient for a foot bath. Rinsing after the bath is not necessary, but can be done if desired. Use 2-3 times a week or as needed.
Which product is right for me?
Ladywell magnesium flakes are designed for different periods of a woman's cycle. Choose the right product based on your cycle or simply based on which scent appeals to you the most at the moment.

What do LadyWell bath flakes contain?
Each LadyWell blend contains organic essential oils that give your bath or footbath a delicate and natural scent.
The essential oil content is just right to softly and delicately enhance the scent in your bath. The oils are evenly blended with magnesium chloride flakes using jojoba oil, making the blend pleasantly mild on the skin.
If you have sensitive skin, check the ingredients before using for the first time and start with a smaller amount.

Is Cycle Ritual suitable as a gift?
Yes — this is one of our most popular products for gifting.
The set contains a blend of magnesium flakes based on four cycles, so the recipient can discover for themselves which scent suits them best at the moment. This is a good solution when you want to give something personal, but you don't know exactly what the other person prefers.
The Cycle Ritual set is suitable for birthdays, Christmas, Mother's Day or just as a thank you. It is also a good gift for a woman you want to tell to take time for herself.
If you wish, we will add your personal message to the set. Write it in the "Message to the recipient" box in the shopping cart and we will print it on a card that we will include in the box. A few lines are enough — sometimes a short sentence says more than a long letter.

How quickly will the order arrive?
Orders that reach us before 2:00 PM on a business day will be packed and handed over to the courier on the same day. Orders placed later or on weekends will be shipped the next business day.
The package will usually arrive at the parcel machine or by courier within 1–3 business days.
After the package is posted, we will send you a tracking number by email so that you can track its progress yourself.
Delivery may take a little longer before Christmas and other holidays — during this period, we will provide more detailed deadlines on the store page.
