Usage:

Add about a handful (40-50 g) of flakes to a warm foot bath or 2-3 handfuls (150-225 g) per full bath. Stir until flakes dissolve and soak for 15-20 minutes. Rinse skin with clean water after bath. Magnesium may remain on skin in foot baths.

Use 2-3 times a week or as needed. For external use only.

Storage:

Store at room temperature, in a dry place and away from direct sunlight. Close the container tightly after each use.
